Reflections for Patrolman Anthony Gustave

A Hero in Heaven, always remembered and never forgotten.

SFC Anthony J. Yezuita, Thank you sir for your service and may God watch over you and keep you safe from harm. There is no doubt that your Grandfather is smiling down on you with pride. You not only have his name but his courage and are a Hero in your own right as a soldier. THank you sir, for your service.

I never met my Grandfather as he died while my mother was a young child, I am named after him as my brother was after his brother, James, right now Im stationed in Afghanistan, my second deployment, and just had a impulse to do a Google search on him, always wondered what type of man he was. Even My mother has trouble remembering him as she was very young. But do know I am very proud of him and hope he's somewhat proud of me. God Bless You Grandfather and thanks for my mother one day we'll all meet!! Rest in Peace

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 79th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. How tragic that your family endured two line of duty deaths and how they must have suffered.
