Rest in peace Patrolman Gunther. My dad worked out of the 102nd precinct. May he too rest in peace along with my mother.

Charles H Gunther was my uncle. I am told he was a rookie when he was killed. He has a plaque hanging in NYPD Highway#1 in his honor and I am proud to carry on his legacy with the NYPD
