Your heroism and service is honored today, the 79th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Special Agent Grubb, today marks the 76th anniversary of your tragic death in an automobile accident while in the performance of your duty. I know your job was not an easy or popular job, but the law was there and someone had to enforce it. By taking on such a task, you and those like you proved yourselves heroes.

How tragic it is that we lost so many of you and how especially tragic that on the very day you died in a car accident, another Prohibition Agent on the other side of the country died in the same manner. Today we mourn both Special Agent Grubb and Special Agent Levi Trexler.

God Bless you both and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brothers.
