Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.
Thank you for your heroism.
GOD Bless

I am very honored and pleasantly surprised to find this memorial website. Andrew H. Edeen was my grandfather (through marriage to my grandmother, Eve Ann Edeen). I grew up very close to Erik Edeen. I have spent countless hours trying to get information about my grandfather (whom I never knew). Thank you for remembering fallen officers.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 76th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace

mom of fallen California Officer Larry Lasater, PPD, eow 4/24/05

Thank you for this great memorial website. Andrew Edeen was my Great Uncle, and was born Anders Hjalmar Edin, Feb 26, 1898, in Tåsjö parish, northern Sweden. He had a twin brother, Erik Fridolf Edin, and emigrated with his mother (Anna) and siblings to the US in 1904.
