Bob was my uncle's best fiend. From the time I was a teen until I was in my late sixties my uncle would mention Bob and tell me the story of what happened that day. Both my uncle and Bob joined the Las Vegas Police Department in 1952. My uncle was Max (Mike) Winger. My uncle passed away in 2006 at the age of 83.
