Reflections for Officer Frank A. Davis
God bless the memory of Officer Frank Davis and Officer Dunn, both killed in the line of duty. Officer Davis never lived long enough to see his children have children; there are 10 grandchildren who never knew the joy of being grandfathered by this extraordinary man. His wife and two children suffered greatly from his loss, and it affected their lives from that awful moment forward. I'm sure the Dunn family experienced a similar, terrible loss. Let us remember and honor all officers who face danger in their daily work within our communities. Let's be good to them, and appreciate all they do.
