Your heroism and service is honored today, the 77th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. Agent Cowley, just a short note to let you know your family is doing you proud. My youngest daughter is friends with your great grandchildren. They are great kids with a wonderful sense of humor. They are athletic, smart, good citizens and great friends. You did well. God Bless!...you are not forgotten. Your family speaks of you often.

Agent Cowley, 30 years after you gave your all protecting us, I met and worked with your nephew R Adams Cowley MD. We worked together 20 years. He often shared the story of your contributions and you were a source of great pride to him. We went together to Quantico to see your name listed with honor on the wall. Because of his closeness to your memory we worked to develop the medical capabilities for current and future FBI agents. He changed medicine as we knew it and became known as the Father of Shock Trauma worldwide. He has since joined you up there, and I hope you two have the time to make up for that which was lost here.
Much respect for those that give their all for what they beleve in...
Friend of the Cowley family.

Because of you and your dedication to Law Enforcement, one of the most ruthless criminals of our time was eliminated. Thank you for all you did and may you rest in Heaven for eternity. Godspeed my brother.
