Reflections for Chief of Police Charles E. Copeland

Rest in peace Chief of Police Copeland.

Charles E. Copeland was my Grandfather who I never got to meet, I answered a news paper article seeking relatives and was proud to attend the ceremony when he was inducted to the memorial wall. My Dad Russell Copeland was a young child when his dad was killed, I believe he lived with family member through out his child hood as his mom had passed prior to this event. I say all this because a lot of loose end regarding my grandfather where tied after we went to the memorial and got the whole story, thanks to all who made this happen.
