Officer John Chapman, today on the 84th Anniversary of your sacrifice,I the DEOA Historical Association, and I also in Law Enforcement,I am District #30 CT Justice of the Peace Magistrate, have made it a point to honor you today. I was not sure if you had worn a uniform,or not. We did a Remembrance ceremony in actual 1930s era typical Country Constables attire and equiptment here today. We would like to pay our respects to him at a graveside location, We donot know where that is at this time. Hope to soon. RIP, End of Watch- February 16th,1938.
