Your heroism and service is honored today, the 47th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. Charles was a cousin of mine. I never knew him because he was killed 33 years before I was born. From the stories I hear, Charles was a great man and devoted his life to serving his city. Always remember the fallen protectors.
