What a truly great man and friend. Always smiling, and cracking jokes. I worked with Jeff in Narcotics back in the 1990’s. We shared some pretty great memories my brother didn’t we. Until we meet again. God Bless

I hope everyone can find comfort in Revelation 21:4 where it says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Until we see him again in Paradise, please accept my condolences.

Your heroism and service is honored today. Your memory lives forever and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

I pray for the solace of everyone who misses and loves Jeffrey. We will never forget the sacrifice made by each of the 9/11 heroes.

Rest In Peace

Francis family and friends may God grant you all with a speedy healing. Lieutenant Francis thank you sir for your many years of service to your Community and to your Department. Most of all thank you for your Ultimate Sacrifice during the line of duty. Our Country has lost many like you to this nasty disease due to the 9/11 attacks. I thank all of my Brothers and Sisters in blue who didnt even know that they were giving their Ultimate Sacrifices that day and being taken years later. May you all have peace.

Deepest condolences to Family, Department and Friends. Visit the web site ImagineHeaven.net for a glimpse of the Glorious Reunions awaiting. All law enforcement men and women indeed qualify as "Foxhole Christians" with their duty dangers. As Ray Comfort at LivingWater.com says "Passing is the doormat they wipe their feet on before entering Heaven.” It is our belief they will hear from the Lord Himself. “Do not fear. for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom” (Luke 12:12).

It is almost inconceivable that officers are still dying as a result of the cowardly actions of the terrorists on 9/11. Thank you, posthumously, for your heroic actions on that day.

A Prayer for Lieutenant Jeffrey W. Francis:

Lord God, I boldly and humbly come before Your throne in sincere faithful and fervent prayer as we remember in this moment our Brother-in-Blue, Lieutenant Jeffrey W. Francis, of the New York City, New York Police Department, who sacrificed his life in the Line-of-Duty. We recall with gratitude and respect all that he stood for in this life. Help us to live in the companionship of his spirit. May we be kind to the family, friends, and colleagues he loved; devoted to the community and state in which he served; and loyal to the causes which he championed in law enforcement. For Scripture says: God blesses those who work for peace for they will be called the children of God ; there is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends; I [Jesus] assure you, today you will be with me in Paradise, and; God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Thus, in our life, may Lieutenant Jeffrey W. Francis live on, to our great comfort, to the betterment of Your creation, and to the furthering of Your most Holy Will. Amen.
