Only an animal with no redeemable human traits would murder ANYONE over a small act of vandalism. His fate is not mentioned here, but we can only hope and pray he faced true justice, if not in this life, then in the next.

Deputy Marshal Halloran, thank you for your service to the citizens of Vernon. May God Bless you and may you forever Rest in Peace.
