You are where the Tire hits the Pavement in the Line of Law Enforcement! Where the finality of the Enforcement of the Law is dished out! Corrections Officer are on the Final Line that separates us from those who would do us harm! It is a hard job and many do not stand up to the task! You did! My families heart heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Sergeant Callahan. At 29 she was the age of our daughter Mellissa Galade Mooney who was the assistant office manager for the FBI in Wilmington NC and murdered in 1999 by a resident in Castle Hayne who is serving a life sentence in NC. Rest in peace with the Lord Megan and hope NC and the rest of the country Enforces the Death Penalty so Justice will be served.
