Though I am not in law enforcement, I wanted to leave a comment. Capt. Dillon Brooke was my grandfather. Having never had the privilege of knowing him, it is wonderful to discover this memorial page. This is the first picture I have ever seen of him. Thank you to all who have left a reflection.
