Ron was a true gentlemen. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. I remember the last time we were together during your last days. I had left the house without saying goodbye. I just never like the word itself and didn't want to show the tears. I wanted to remember you always with that smile and how happy you were for all the love from your family and friends. Rest in Peace Brother. It was a pleasure to working with you.

When I was assigned to the 42 back in January 1993 Ronnie was one of the "Old Timers" who did not say much but was always a positive influence on the rookies. I will always remember his relaxed demeanor and kindness about him. RIP Brother

Continue to rest well my brother. We, who were also there, are still here wondering when it is our time. But while we are all here, we want to thank you for your service and sacrifice to all of us. May you also continue to watch over your loving family, friends, and all whom you have touched. May they all be blessed as they think of you. Until we meet.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 3rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
