Special Agent Fitzgerald, you gave your life while helping to protect one of America's greatest assets, it's Railroads and I thank you.

I find it a bit gratifying to know that your murderer did the right thing, though sadly it would have been better had he not done such a wrong thing in the first place, he at least seemed to attempt to make up for his crime. Maybe he did have a conscience.

On this 94th anniversary of your death, I wish you peace in your eternal rest and may God Bless you, Brother.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 93rd anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.
