On this day 106 years ago, you gave your life in pursuit of the rule of law. I have visited Gila Bend yard many times, but I was unaware of your sacrifice until now. Rest in peace.

Remembering you on the 105th anniversary of your passing. Gila Bend is just an hour's drive from my house. I have visited the yard there many times, although it is just a shadow of its former size. Thank you for your service.

Officer Dubose, you lost your life while protecting one of America's railroads, one of the things that made America great. How tragic and sad that you lost your life to someone who was simply trespassing and then killed himself. Had he simply obeyed your command, he might have lived and you definitely would have. It's been 105 years and I hope and pray your descendants have a place of honor for you in their hearts.

God Bless and may your eternal rest be peaceful.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 104th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect, not even 104 years.

Rest In Peace
