I would like to personally attest to his character and dedication to his job. I know him personally and professionally. While he worked at a neighboring jurisdiction he would never pass a traffic stop or incident while returning from his shift. I can not counting how manytimes he stopped to assist me on traffic stops while returning home from a nite Shift. Rip
