So sad, I have been hearing about this on the local News a lot lately; someone murders the victim & then commits suicide.
Rest In Peace, Officer Coward. Thank you for servicing your community in Livingston, Texas during the three years of being in the force. May God bless your three children who survived. You are a true heroine, not just for the community but for your children too in 2008.

I did not know her personally but I do remember her son, I went to school with him.
My mother spoke highly of her, kind, and an amazing person.

Rest in Peace Officer Caran R. Coward. Thank You for your Service and Sacrifice protecting the citizens of Livingston, Texas.

I Pray for Peace for your Family, Children, Friends and Co_workers. I also Pray that your murderous spouse is regretting his actions as the flames of hell are lapping at his feet. As he traverses across the hot coals may the stench of his burning flesh overpower him. May he have to see your face around every turn.

Amen.

You are missed everyday at this department. Your smile and love for this community will never be forgotten. I still remember the day that we left Livingston with you en route to Beaumont and all the Walmart employees standing outside along the highway in your honor along with the whole community. We are continuing your dream in helping young people by giving several scholarships each year to graduating seniors that have the passion you had in helping others. R.I.P. Caran

A kind and generous person, and a friend to many. I only wish she would have shared her circumstance, so that others could have helped her the same way she would have helped someone else.
