Your heroism and service is honored today, the 46th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Rest In Peace

I come to this site often and whenever I become aware of an officer who made the ultimate sacrifice prior to 1996, when this site was introduced, and has no reflection posted, I feel it an honor and privilege to acknowledge that sacrifice. Families who lost these officers so long ago are often unaware of this site and the comfort it can bring. On behalf of all survivor families I pray that God will bless Sgt. Elmer Glen Bradshaw with eternal peace for his service to his community.
