Primo, even though wayy too early I know God has one awesome man up in heaven. I looked up to you as a kid and was soo proud of you, I know your smile and laughter will sorely be missed. Today we lost a great man, father, husband, officer, and I lost a great cousin and role model. I enjoyed the times we talked and when I was back in town I always knew you'd be working wearing that badge as you truly loved what you did and all that came in contact with you could see that... The city We grew up in will sense that one of it's best officers watches ended today but I know you, you will forever be watching over them all. I love you cousin, and I miss your smile and laugh already....

To the family, friends and colleagues of Officer Jose Torres.

My heart is filled with great sadness at the lost of your loved one and fellow officer.

We in the law enforcement community are a family, whether you wear a Badge or a Star upon your chest, whether you work in a small town or a large city, whether you work in Detention Facilities or out on Patrol, whether active duty or retired, we are family, a law enforcement family, a band of brothers having walked the line of good over evil knowing that at any moment in the course of performing our duties the ultimate sacrifice might be required of us in the service to our community.

I commend you my fallen Brother for making the ultimate sacrifice in the performance of your duty.
For you left us doing what you chose to do.
Performing a job you were trained to do.
Upholding the oath you swore to do.
Most importantly doing what you loved to do.....serving your community making a better and safer place for us all.

Rest in Peace my Brother, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN !!!
