I volunteer every year with Texas Wheels of Justice bike ride in Conroe, TX. All riders and volunteers recieve a wrist band with an officers name. This year I received Officer Bostic-Jones name, It was an honor to volunteer in her name this year.

This July, over 60 riders and support personnel will ride across Illinois on our 9th Annual COPS Cycle Across Illinois. We will wear shirts and bracelets with Nikkii's name and will remember her by dedicating a portion of our ride in Cook County to her. We will never forget Nikkii, her family and the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

My heart goes out to her family & friends.I didn't know Mrs. Bostic-Jones but her death hit a soft spot for I'm retired &still have family & friends still there.Once Blue always Blue! I hope her death opened County eyes all CCDOC Ofcs should be laid to Rest in the same manner showing the deceased respect for their years of service just as they do for CPD & Fireman!
