I was honored to have represented the family in Washington D.C. for the National Law Enforcement Memorial. I also was honored to have brought the flag to the family in Puerto Rico. I hoped to give the American Flag to the widow, but unfortunately she had moved. I gave the flag to his former partner to give to the widow.
