Nice to see him added 87 yrs after he made the supreme sacrafice for our nation. So sad that he and other Coasties had to die enforcing Prohibition. Rather ironic when one considers the long traditional association of sailoes and rum.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 86th anniversary yearof your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
