I am saddened that another police officer from Western PA has been senselessly killed. My deepest condolences to Officer Kotecki's family, his K9 partner Benny, and all of the other brave men and women in law enforcement who put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve. R.I.P. Officer Kotecki.
