How aweful. God bless the family and friends of Officer Kotecki. Prayers go out to the family and friends/co-workers in this tragedy. The fact that his K-9 partner would not leave his side is a testament to the bond of the two who dedicated their lives to the citizens of Lower Burrell and to Pennsylvania. Having spent some time as a K-9 handler, I appreciate the devotion of the K-9 partner giving total dedication to his handler. What a wonderful display of unconditional love and respect by the K-9. Rest in peace brother, we have the watch down here.
