I am privileged to be among the first to leave a reflection Your heroism and service is honored today, the 87th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect and your memory will always be honored and revered.

Special Agent Bowdoin, yesterday marked the 83rd anniversary of your murder. Many look upon bootleggers as folk heroes or rebels. They are neither, especially when responsible for the death of a law enforcement officer.
I am lucky to have a cousin working for the ATF and the entire family is very proud of the work he does for this nation. I know that all agents of the ATF are true heroes.
God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
