"Angels In Blue"
I had this friend you see, who loved
God, Country, You and me.

My friend went to work day or night
the peace to keep, so you and I could sleep.

He worked the holidays and weekends,
away from family and friends.
To keep this peace for you and me.

Each day this friend put his life on the line
to spare yours and mine.

Then one day he paid the price, he gave his life.

You've done well my friend, patrolling these earthly streets.
Now it's time to walk on Heaven's beat.

The next time you see a Police Officer or two,
remember they are one of God's Angels in Blue.

And God said; "Blessed are the Peace Makers."

To the families of Agents Clark and Rojas.

Please know that you will forever be in our prayers. As the family of a young police officer killed in the line of duty, we know how you are suffering. Like you, our loved one left behind an 8 year old son. He has proved to be our joy. We keep his Dad's memory alive for him, and now for his son. Please know that it doesn't get easier. You never stop missing them, but know that they gave all of themselves to the job that they loved, for they couldn't have done it at all without love. We thank you for being there, to allow them to give us safety, and security. We thank you for the commendable service they gave us all. God bless you.

When I saw Eddie's name on the news, I immediately remembered him from the Border Patrol Academy. I hadn't seen him for 9 years, but I still remembered the guy who was always willing to help me out.

A good lawman, a great person.
