Hearts weep all over America tonight for the loss of your hero. My deepest condolences to Officer Crawford's wife, daughter and The St. Petersburg Police Dept. I am still reeling from the passing of the other 2 officers this month.
All of the Officers are/were doing a thankless, deadly job.
Please know that I and millions like me DO care and share your grief for this cowardly, senseless act.
May swift and final justice prevail.

My husband & I had the honor to have David Crawford in our
High School Youth,as we were sponsors. He & my husband Terry
were very close. Last time we saw Dave was shortly before
Terry died 15yrs ago. I remember David as a sweet man & a
character. He enjoyed playing volleyball at our house with
the youth. What the guys did not think of..David did..It
was a good time for all. He will be sorely missed. Many
prayers to his wife, daughter & many friends. God Bless you
through this time. We will see him again, one day...

It is another sad day in central Florida to have lost another Brother in Law Enforcement. With any luck this one won't make it to trial either. But if he does it will be a reminder of Correctional Officers where ever he ends up. Please offer the same kind of support that others have shown in St. Pete.
