Thank you, Deputy Hotsinpiller, for your dedication, service and sacrifice. May the Good Lord hold your family close as they pass through these dark days. We lost our son to similar circumstances at your age. We have property near Center Point in Doddridge County that our son loved to hunt. My heartfelt love and grief go out to Derek's family. I have known of the family for years through mutual friends and feel like I know the boys. I pray that your hearts be lifted up to God to take away some of the pain, if only those grieving with you could carry just a little of that pain and lighten the unbearable grief you feel we would all gladly to that. Just know that you are in our prayers that God will touch you gently and lift you up through the days ahead.
