May GOD Bless thia young mother and this daughter that will never know her Father. Such a sad thing to happen to some one who faces possible death every time he puts on the uniform. But GOD is in command and may he give the family strengt to over come and go forth in this life. May He also bless the Twiggs County Sheriff's Office and protect them in their daily life,

I've known Richard & his family for many years & though we weren't every day friends or anything I know how much he loved his family & I know how hard they fought to have that beautiful little girl my heart breaks for her & all of Richard's family I pray for them & I pray God will get them through such a sad & difficult time...God needed another great deputy to watch over heaven!!!!
