To the Vogt family.
Mike was the reason I got into law enforcement. He gave me my first break
At Rich's security and supported to my first police job. I have never forgotten
The things he taught me some 25 years ago. I hate we lost contact so long ago but
I know he is still wearing a badge and serving the highest Chief.
He touched many hearts over the years and put many bad guys in jail
I am truly honored to have known him.
