Your heroism and service is honored today, the 33rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Reserve Officer Cousins...It's wonderful to see you were recognized for making the ultimate sacrifice for your community and the assistance of others. Although the recognition is long overdue, it's duly recognized. Thank you for being there to protect us. Your family deserves equal recognition, for they are the ones who keep your heroism alive in the community and your family. Continue to rest in peace sir. We now have the watch.
