Time may have passed but you are not forgotten. I believe as long as someone remembers you or speaks your name, you are still with us.

To fully appreciate the heroes of the present, we must recognize our heroes of the past. Your heroism and service is honored today, the 87th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

Aaron Harrison Scott was a brave man who confronted criminals with strength and honor. He must be remembered by more than just his family. I suggest that the State of Oklahoma remember this peace officer by Resolution and I suggest that a section of highway 271 and/or the bridge south of Clayton on Hwy 271 where Officer Scott was murdered have a sign reminding everyone of this brave man's service and sacrifice. He died in 1925 but every law enforcement officer who died in the line of service should be remembered by grateful citizen each and ever day. This can be accomplished with a sign on highway 271 just south of Clayton where he singularly confronted criminals and was murdered. RIP Aaron Harrison Scott....and may you receive the recognition your sacrifice deserves.

You are gone and not forgotten. Justice is not always sure and swift. I am sure the miscreants have paid if not here on Earth, but by God's hand.
