Your heroism and service is honored today, the 75th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect, not even 75 years.

Rest In Peace

Officer McNeill,

This May 10th through May 12th, 2010 I will be participating in the Law Enforcement United's first annual "Road to Hope" bicycle ride from Tidewater Va. to Washington D. C. in your Honor. It appears that the recognition you so richly deserve for your sacrifice is long overdue. I pray that you have found a seat at the right hand of God and that your survivors and family are aware that you are finally being honored. They should be proud. I would appreciate hearing from any surviving member of your family as I have a momento I would be honored to pass on. "Law Enforcement United", "Honoring the Fallen, Remembering the Survivors"
