Ting, you are the true definition of "Pro Bono Publico!" You lived and gave your life for the good of the public. It was an honor to have known you. I will never forget that voice that came calling at 05:30 for P.T. I will always be proud to have donned the Black & Gray. God speed Sgt.

Sarge,

I didn't know you even half as well as many others did but every time we met I respected you more or more. The first thing out of your mouth was always "Do you need me to go 10-8? Just say where". Never in my entire life have I met someone so dedicated yet so humble. You are what every New Mexico State Police officer strives to be and we miss you each and every day.

You will never be forgotten.

Ting,

Sir Yes Sir, you have not been forgotten.. This past christmas I took a moment to thank you once again for giving your last breath living and doing what you strongly believed in. As I hung up my very first NMSP christmas ornament you gave me it brought tears to my eyes and pain in my heart and made me realize just how much we I miss you..

Andy, I can't believe you are gone! The New Mexico State Police will never be the same. I will never forget that booming voice you had. I will also never forget the genuine care and concern you displayed for all the recruits. You pushed me when I wanted to quit and you wouldn't let me. I thank you for that. You are one of the main reasons that I am the officer that I am today. May you rest in peace.

May the lord comfort and guide your family during this difficult time. Your dedication and commitment to the citizens of your state often goes unnoticed, and under appreciated, however you have shown the sacrifice that LEO's face everyday. I pray that the lord gives your family the strength required in the minutes, hours, days, months, and years to understand this tragic event.

God Bless you Trooper, your mission, unfortunately cut short is completed, now RIP brother and keep that ever watchful Trooper eye over us all!

Wow. A true hero. I never cease to be amazed at how heroic my fellow warriors in blue are. I pray that I live up to such a high standard. May your family, friends, and coworkers soon be comforted by the fond memories of you and replace the sorrow they must now feel. May you rest peacefully in the arms of the LORD. Blessed are the peacemakers.
