I didn't know you even half as well as many others did but every time we met I respected you more or more. The first thing out of your mouth was always "Do you need me to go 10-8? Just say where". Never in my entire life have I met someone so dedicated yet so humble. You are what every New Mexico State Police officer strives to be and we miss you each and every day.

Andy, I can't believe you are gone! The New Mexico State Police will never be the same. I will never forget that booming voice you had.
