Reflections for Constable James Arthur "Jack" Boling
Ther is a story passed down in our family of a law officer killed in the line of duty in Kentucky that was my grandfather Issac Mckinley Boling's brother. My great Grandfathers name was James andmy grandfather named one of his 7 sons Arthur and one of them James. ASyou can see my dad Victor named me Jack. All your brothers and Nephews are with you now. Great to finally find you. God Bless and keep you, though you were never with us you have not been forgotten. jack

Constable Boling,
It has taken almost 81 years, but you are finally being honored. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of Ohio County.
