I grew up with the Ciano family when we were Boy Scouts, Glen was a cheerful, energetic, strong willed young man & seemingly with his father's guidance, also entered the Law Enforcement field becoming a Police officer.
I lost contact with the family in the late '70s but reading the reflections left for Glen shows he was an honourable, dedicated Police Office and a proud example to the rest of his family and to all of us around him.
God Bless.

Glen

We are coming up on the second anniversary of your death. The last two years have been difficult for all those who knew and loved you. You touched more lives then any of us knew. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of you at some point. At times it is when I am feeding your fish and others when I am looking at Sam or Dan. You would be so proud of them. They have turned into the young women and young man that you raised them to be and so much more. RIP my friend.

Your ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers today. I've prayed every day of my life that the consequences of drinking and driving would be so severe that it would not even be a thought in a persons mind. There is nothing that will ever fill your families loss. I hope your family finds some peace in the justice and that one day we will no longer hear of such tragic accidents. Rest in peace.
