I am Debs grandson. It is the first time I saw a picture of him. He was killed when my father was only 3 years old. It's amazing how much my father and I look like him. It really helped fill a void I've had for the past 50 years. I would have loved to have known him.
Thanks,
Jimmy Long

Officer Long,
It has taken over 80 years, but you are finally being honored. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for the citizens of the state of Texas. There is no tougher job in Law Enforcement than that of a Corrections Officer.
