Maj. Arrington,
It has taken over 37 years, but you are finally being honored. I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for the citizens of the state of Texas, but also for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam.And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
