Your heroism and service is honored today, the 117th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

I am proud to be among the first to leave a reflection honoring you, sir. Thank you for your bravery, dedication, service and sacrifice. It has taken over 116 years to have your name added to the long, tragic and sad list of LEO's who have died in the line of duty. May your loved ones find solace in the fact that you will FOREVER be a hero and will NEVER again be forgotten!
