Thank you Deputy Saunders for your actions while doing your best to protect and serve the State of Virginia.
I am really fed up with people who drive drunk and do not think of the devastation it causes to all who are still here. What is even worse is to see that they only get a slap on the wrist for their actions in the court systems.
I remember it like yesterday when I was a boy and seeing the Officer come to my Fathers house so that he can inform his Sister-in-law about her husband that was just killed by a drunk driver. 47 Years later my cousin and I are in regular contact getting together.
My the family take comfort with the great memories that they shared with Jason and know that they have a special angel looking over them until they meet again.
Life here is never long enough but your life in Heaven goes on for eternity.

I miss you little brother. My heart hurts all the time; knowing that your physical presence is not here to cheer me up. My love eternal to you and your family. You were the best of us on Earth; let me be fortunate enough to see you in Heaven. I know that the Heavens shine brighter at night knowing your there as an angel watching over us all.

Thank you for your sacrifice. I drive by that tree regularly and think of your family. It's hard to imagine what they have gone through. I only hope that time is easing the pain. I didn't know you but I wish I had been allowed the opportunity. You'll have to give me a spin in your Cobra when I get home! We still remember...

Today, is a very hard day, it has only been two years but sometimes it feels like so much longer or only just a couple of days since we were last talking about life and everything going on. I know Ellie still thinks about you as much as I do, you are so missed but we will visit together and talk again one day in heaven. I love and miss my friend. See you one day soon.

Thinking of your loved ones today and everyday. I know the daily struggles they face without you and the terrible pain within their hearts. God, wrap your loving arms around them and help them with their grief and let them feel your presence.
