Reflections for Special Officer Robert F. Gunn

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 88th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace

Hello Sir, I lived in Augusta for a while and have family still there. Thank you for the job you did and continue to do patrolling the railroad to heaven on the streets of gold. Never forgotten.

Officer Gunn, you were murdered protecting a railroad, without which this country would not have grown and prospered as well as it did. Your life was taken needlessly and tragically and after all these years, the loss is still sad and we, your extended family, mourn.

God Bless and may you continue to Rest in Peace, Brother.
