IN SEPTEMBER OF 2009, I VISITED THE HALLOWED GROUND WHERE DEPUTY LIPPS WAS LAID TO REST. A MOST BEAUTIFUL VISTA IN THE GOD-BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAINS OF LEE COUNTY, VIRGINIA. MY ANCESTORS CAME TO LEE COUNTY 300 YEARS AGO, AND I LOVE GOING BACK THERE TO VISIT. I PLAN ON VISITING DEPUTY LIPPS' GRAVE EVERY TIME I GO BACK. SO PEACEFUL THERE... YOU ARE MISSED, SIR.
