Your heroism and service is honored today, the 63rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace

Grover Dewey “Cannonball” Kennedy,

Thank you for your dedication and service to the people of McCreary County. I salute you!

Though the time you had with your son was short, one week before his second birthday, Robert Denver Kennedy was the son you left behind on that awful day. I know you were watching over him because he became one of the kindest and warm hearted people I have ever known. He is loved by many and will be dearly missed since he came to join you in heaven on June 25, 1999. Laura Elise (Neal) your wonderful wife, the mother of your son, and my grandmother, soon followed after him on May 31, 2000. I know you are all together once again in the arms of the Lord.

I Love You All,
