Your heroism and service is honored today, the 47th anniversary year of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

Pop-Pop, I was not even 2 years old when you passed away, but I grew to know the loving father and husband that you must have been from Mom and Mom-Mom. Mom-Mom never re-married and missed you every day until her recent passing. I am happy for you both that you are finally reunited, and hope that in eternity you will re-join and share the love that was cut short in this life.

Officer Ernest,
I would like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice-not just for your community, but for our Country as well when you served during WWII.

We ask Thy blessings and eternal rest to all our brothers and sisters
Who have sacrificed their very lives in the performance of
their duties. Give their loved ones the peace and
Strength to bear the anguish of their loss. Remove all
resentment from their hearts, knowing that eternal
peace and rest will abide their departed loved ones
forever. This we beg, Thy name forever and ever,
Amen.
