I believe I met ofcr. Sepulveda in 2013 and I remember his quick wit and whistle even IN A STABBING SCENE, I was a witness and saved the stabbing victim, saved him, called 911, almost pulled my port out of my chest (chemo @ dana farber) and he LOVED my service dogs (Jake- Shepard mix nat'l registered/certified & Tito Taco a chihuahua I rescued, raised & trained myself and us Also A certifies, tested & reg. fed. Service dog. Both assist avoiding allergens and alerting me to a reaction b4 I even know MYSELF. He was the 1st (and ONLY) officer OR civilian to talk to us 4 a while and instantly made me feel safe & that the dogs and I would be okay, to see he was killed by a ran stop sign vehicle is disheartening and I'm sure he is greatly missed by many. Bless the boys in blue! Drive slow& drink water! R.I.P officer Sepulveda, fly with the angels and watch over us better than ever b4! I choose to celebrate that I met this man the way I did, and it seems SO unfair considering many factors. offered us h2o and snacks and called EMS 4 ME. I will never forget this man's name, face, voice, whistle, friendliness even in a traumatic case in the middle if homeless people central where our paths cross

HOLA, SEPU:
"A TI"...
SIEMPRE "YO"... YOLLY...TU COMPANERA PARA SIEMPRE...!!!

Brother Sepulveda-Rosado,

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Respectfully,
You’re Brothers in Blue
