To those who never met Wilbert in person, his courage, honesty and his efforts to make Puerto Rico a better and safe place to live. Wilbert was an exellent baseball player (shortstop). He was recruited by the baltimore Orioles. But decided to stay home and serve his people.he is deeply missed by his family and friends. A true hero who gave his life for his country and his believes. I never told you how much I appreciated you and never say thank you for helping us. Will always be in our hearts. You are an angel watching over us. So sorry you had to leave us at such an early age.
