I miss you brother. We keep a picture of you and B on our wall from the SYR airport when we sent B off to the Army 30 years ago. You are our big brother and kept us out of a lot of trouble back in the days. I'll never forget when you said "I'm gonna bust you one day when I become a police officer" lol. So proud of you for achieving your dream and the positive impacts you have had on the upstate community!! Until I see you again... PBJNHAM!!

Again I say to all, my deepest condolences to the ENTIRE family of Deputy Searles, especially to his mother Geri. We thank you for your services to the County of Onondaga, State of New York and to our great country the United States of America. I also thank you for stopping to assist a person in need on I.481, a road that can be extremely dangerous; I have traveled I. 481 thousands of times. May Glenn's soul forever rest in Heaven.

RIP, may his soul rest in Heaven. I also honor all the individual who made it possible to enact the Move Over Act in order to help save the lives of Emergency Responders, especially police officers who are consistently in danger while working on the Inter-State and highways.

Glenn, your dad sent me a picture of you in uniform and EOW date on it. I will now dance in your memory at all the pow wows we attend over the summers, until I can dance no more. The pain and hurt is still there after all these years, as we never had that lunch we planned the last time I saw you. You have taught me that life is too short to carry grudges and that words are best spoken kindly, as you never know if you will be able to apologize for them later. No parent should go through what your and others have done, but as we are not promised tomorrow, I will try harder to make today worth living. Miss you cousin,

Happy 42nd Birthday!!
I will be doing 2-10 hours shifts in your memory today. I plan to take your favorite cookies to the Apopka, FL, PD before the ride-a-longs begin. I hope to 'catch some bad guys' for you.

We have the Watch.

I can't believe it's been 10 years. Glenn was the most wonderful, kind, friendly person I've ever met. I knew him from working at the MEO and think of him often.

9 years ago tonight. Seems like yesterday. I took my St. Michael crest from my vest, placed it in your hand and said goodbye. I will never forget you Glenn.

Glenn, I think of you often, with a smile, then with sadness. Your passing is proof that life isn't fair, that a wonderful, genuine soul can be taken from us at too young an age.

I grieve for your family and friends left behind, for the life you should have been able to live.

Thank you for touching my life with your presence.
You are remembered and missed.

It is amazing to see how many keep you not only in their thoughts but also in their hearts. You will forever be in both of mine, because you were the one that helped to mold my heart into what it is today. And a piece of it will always be yours. You don't have an End of Watch....I know you are still watching over us....

Glenn-

I just completed the 300 mile Police Unity Tour Ride. It was one of the greatest things I ever been involved in and what made it even greater was to ride in your honor. You are not, nor will you ever be forgotten.

Time does not heal the pain in your families hearts, but it does make it easier to get up every day. Glenn, you are a true hero who we will never forget.... I know that you are walking side-by-side with your mom as she is such a strong woman, continue to watch over her.

I've known your mother for more than 40 years and knew you as an infant. She is so proud of you and what a wonderful son you were. She told me all about you when I saw her after several years. I wish I had the pleasure of knowing you as the fine young man you were. Rest in Peace.
