Your heroism and service is honored today, the 203rd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
I was saddened to see that Christmas Day is the eow for so many, many officers.
Rest In Peace

Many years have passed, many changes have been made in this country. But one thing is timeless and never changing...the sacrifice that you made then, for your community and your country, is still the same sacrifice that many make today. 2 simple words that come from the heart...THANK YOU.
